Filter out non-tech jobs

We pull jobs straight from company career systems, and the big ones (Oracle, Workday, UKG and friends) hand us a company’s entire board — not just engineering. That means nurses, cashiers, warehouse and hospitality roles land in the catalogue next to the software jobs.

There’s now a Tech / Non-tech filter in the job filters. Pick “Tech” to keep only the engineering-and-adjacent roles, or exclude “Non-tech” to hide the rest. The classification is deterministic — read off the job title, never guessed — so it errs toward leaving a role in rather than wrongly hiding a real tech job.
