Know roughly who you’re looking for? Type a name or headline into the new Search box. Want someone at your own level, or a step ahead? Pick a Seniority — junior through C-level — and mentors who haven’t set one simply won’t match, rather than showing up as a false positive.

There’s also a No reviews yet toggle, for anyone who’d rather book time with a newer mentor than wait behind a long queue for a popular one.

All three sit next to the existing company, topic and language filters, and can be combined with them the same way.
