Talent Network is open to everyone now

Talent Network — the public catalogue where candidates appear anonymously by skills and experience, never by name or employer — was gated to a beta group while it found its feet. That gate is gone: any signed-in candidate can join from their profile page, no invite needed.

The catalogue list is also indexable by search engines now, so it can actually be found.

Nothing changes for anyone already in: your card, your handle, and what it does and doesn’t show stay exactly the same.
