Avoid whole sources and companies, not just skills

Skills to avoid have lived on the Skills tab for a while — a way to tell your profile “don’t count this against me” without cluttering the skills you actually have. It made sense there when it was the only thing to avoid, but it wasn’t built to grow.

Now it has: open your profile and there’s a new Avoid tab. Skills to avoid moved there, and it’s joined by two new lists — sources to avoid and companies to avoid. Had a bad experience with a recruiter who always posts through the same ATS? Exclude that source. Burned by one employer specifically? Exclude the company. Each list is independent, optional, and saved the moment you add or remove something.
