About

We are 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast, a community helpline and crisis hotline dedicated to connecting people to the services they need, 24 hours a day, every day. Since our founding in 1971 as a drug hotline, we have evolved into a comprehensive crisis intervention and information service, saving and improving lives across Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee Counties. We envision a community where no one has to weather life's storms alone, and we work tirelessly to ensure that every individual in crisis receives the support and information they deserve. Our highly trained and compassionate staff are the heart of our organization, listening to each caller's unique situation to provide tailored guidance and referrals. Whether it's suicide prevention, mental health support, assistance with basic needs like food and housing, or specialized programs for seniors, veterans, and families with special needs children, we are here to help. We also serve as the regional responder for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, offering immediate support to those in emotional distress. By maintaining an up-to-date database of community resources and collaborating with local partners, we strive to be the central access point for health and human services in our region.
