Apartment Life is a faith-based, non-profit organization founded in 2000, dedicated to serving the apartment industry in a unique way. Our mission is to foster strong community engagement among residents within apartment complexes by connecting them through meaningful relationships. Unfortunately, many apartment residents often feel isolated and disconnected from their neighbors, which can lead to dissatisfaction in their living situations. To combat this, Apartment Life deploys dedicated Coordinators who work with apartment owners to facilitate events and create opportunities for neighbors to interact and support one another. Our approach significantly enhances the quality of life for residents while simultaneously benefiting property owners. By fostering an environment of connection, resident satisfaction and retention rates improve, leading to enhanced online reputations for the apartment communities we serve. Our programs have reached over 3 million residents across 1.3 million apartment units nationwide. We believe that through community building, we not only uplift individuals but also contribute to the success of the overall community, creating enriching experiences that enhance the lives of all involved.

Apartment Life, a nonprofit serving apartment communities nationwide, seeks a fully remote (US) HubSpot Systems Administrator to run its HubSpot CRM, integrations, and automations. The role is roughly two-thirds helpdesk/operations and one-third build: workflows, API integrations, data integrity audits, and reporting for a small remote Tech Systems team.
