Develops and executes Management of Change (MOC) instrument & controls design packages for operating oil & gas facilities — preparing loop drawings, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, cable schedules, and construction work packs, plus field walkdowns and multidiscipline coordination. Reports to the Instrumentation Department Manager.
