We are Associa, and we've been building the future of community for over 45 years. Our journey began in 1979 when our founder, John Carona, signed his first client in Dallas, Texas. However, the true spark ignited much earlier, when John, at the age of 12, discovered his passion for property management while mowing lawns for his neighbors. That early entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to service excellence have been the cornerstones of our growth into the world's leading community management service company. We're not just a management company anymore; we're a comprehensive service provider, delivering all-encompassing solutions to thousands of communities across North America, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This reach allows us to impact the lives of more than 7.5 million residents, a scale no other company in our industry can match. Our commitment extends beyond day-to-day management. We believe in giving back and fostering a sense of family within our organization and the communities we serve. In 2005, we founded Associa Cares, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting people worldwide during crises, whether natural or man-made disasters. We also invest heavily in our team, our greatest asset. Associa University, established in 2006, is our online training program designed to empower our community managers and employees, ensuring they are the best-educated experts in the industry. We're driven by innovation and a relentless pursuit of service excellence. Our offerings include management, accounting, maintenance, insurance, restoration, and more, all tailored to help communities achieve their unique visions.
