BasharSoft

About

We are BasharSoft, a technology firm specialized in developing innovative web-based online employment marketplaces and platforms. Founded in 2009, our mission is to build efficient employment marketplaces and ecosystems that enable social sustainability and positive economics by helping individuals and businesses at scale. We achieve this through technology-enabled platforms and services, partnerships, and thought leadership. Our focus is on emerging markets, and we are passionate about helping people and businesses with everything related to employment, whether it's business growth, education, mentoring, or career opportunities. We are the proud developers of Egypt's leading employment platforms, WUZZUF and FORASNA. WUZZUF is the #1 online career destination for white-collar professionals, while FORASNA is the region's most reliable marketplace for blue-collar and skilled workers. Together, our platforms have impacted the lives of millions of job seekers and helped tens of thousands of companies hire the right talent. We believe that having the right person in the right place at the right time is invaluable for individuals, organizations, and the economy at large. We are a high-tech, agile organization that values innovation, impact, and caring for our people. We are constantly striving to learn, implement best practices, and develop best-of-breed software-based platforms to solve the persistent problem of talent acquisition and unemployment.
