Portfolio Software Engineer
A senior engineer who embeds with small (2-3 person) engineering teams across Beacon's acquired vertical-market software companies, shipping features, handling incidents, reviewing designs, and coaching teams to adopt agentic/AI-assisted development — typically supporting 2-3 companies at a time from the New York office.
Lead Software Engineer - Canada (Remote)
Hands-on lead engineer embedded full-time in one of Beacon's acquired vertical SaaS companies: shipping code daily on that company's stack (.NET, Rails, Python, TypeScript, Oracle, PHP), modernizing CI/CD and testing, coaching the existing team, driving AI-assisted development, and setting the roadmap with the GM.
Director - Governance, Risk, Compliance & Privacy (GRC)
Leads the design and scaling of governance, risk, compliance, and privacy programs for a portfolio of SaaS companies, leveraging automation and AI-first tooling to streamline audits and certifications.
