Designs and maintains the backend for a license-plate/image-recognition enforcement platform, ingesting up to ~500k images per day: a hybrid Elixir (Phoenix) core platform plus Go microservices, with heavy PostgreSQL ownership and Docker/CI-CD infrastructure. On-site in Amsterdam with hybrid working.
