Putting the food back into dog food! Every ingredient in our meals is carefully chosen to bring health and happiness to your dog's bowl. We don't use fillers or artificial preservatives, either. Instead, we gently cook each meal low and slow before freezing to lock in the freshness and flavour. Butternut Box is fresh dog food. Not canned, not dry, not raw. All our recipes are carefully crafted using freshly-prepared ingredients, then gently cooked low and slow at Rudie's Kitchen in Doncaster, before freezing to lock in the goodness. Our meals will arrive frozen, ready to be stored in your freezer or defrosted in the fridge. We carefully source our ingredients from suppliers that we know and trust, so we always know exactly where our food comes from. We source the majority of our human-quality meat, fish and veg from UK and Irish farmers. We put just the right amount of ice packs and insulation in your box to make sure your food stays fresh until you arrive home, then you can pop the pouches into the freezer as soon as you can.
