CAPE is a women‑led, grassroots nonprofit with more than 30 years of experience advocating for Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) representation in the entertainment industry. The organization partners directly with AAPI communities to influence Hollywood storytelling through a suite of pathway programs, consulting services, and promotional initiatives that support writers, directors, actors, producers, and executives across film, television, and streaming platforms. By providing development, production, and strategic guidance, CAPE helps creators bring authentic AAPI narratives to a broader audience, fostering a more inclusive media landscape.

GRC Engineer at Cape, a privacy-first mobile carrier, grows the governance, risk, and compliance function: building automated controls monitoring across cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, and SaaS, owning SOC 2 and CMMC audit programs end-to-end, and supporting customer security due diligence. Reports to the Head of Security.
Technical Program Manager, Network
As the first program manager on Cape's network team, you own task tracking (Jira), timeline accountability, and communication across engineering, BD, and vendors for routing, connectivity, and subscriber provisioning work. The role needs startup TPM instincts and enough technical depth to challenge estimates; telco background is a bonus.
