Cardinal Delta

About

In 2020, Eva Higgins founded Cardinal Delta in Nashville, Tennessee, recognizing a critical gap in how businesses manage technology and project execution. With over 25 years of experience in the IT and project management industry, Higgins saw that many organizations struggled with fragmented technology solutions, inefficient processes, and a lack of strategic guidance to navigate an increasingly complex digital landscape. Cardinal Delta emerged as a comprehensive IT solutions provider, offering services that span custom software development, web and mobile application development, CRM systems, cybersecurity, and agile project management consultancy. The company has positioned itself as a strategic partner for businesses seeking to elevate their operational value, providing not just technical execution but also the strategic framework to support sustainable growth. What sets Cardinal Delta apart is its dual focus on technology delivery and professional development. As an authorized Project Management Institute (PMI) Training Partner, the company offers intensive certification programs including PMP, CAPM, and PMI-ACP bootcamps. These programs are designed to build real-world leadership, collaboration, agility, and value delivery skills in working professionals. The company's operational philosophy centers on the mantra "People, Process, Performance," recognizing that successful technology implementations require both robust technical solutions and capable people to leverage them. Cardinal Delta has cultivated partnerships with industry leaders including Microsoft and maintains a network of trusted technology platforms to deliver comprehensive solutions to its clients.
