Carrot Fertility, a global fertility and family care platform, is hiring a Sr. IT Systems Engineer to architect and run the identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms (Okta, JAMF, Intune, Google Workspace) behind its remote-first workforce — leading zero-trust and SOC 2/HIPAA compliance initiatives, automation via infrastructure as code, and mentoring IT teammates.
