About
Welcome to Clarion Housing Group, the UK’s largest housing association, where we are committed to not only providing homes but also fostering vibrant communities. With over 360,000 residents, we see ourselves as more than just a social landlord; we are a pillar of support for those in need. Our vision is driven by a legacy that spans over 125 years. We were founded by the visionary William Sutton, who had the foresight to invest in housing for working families. Today, we continue his mission with a multi-faceted approach that encompasses housing provision, community engagement, and sustainability. Our dedicated development arm, Latimer, builds more than 2,000 new homes annually, addressing the pressing issue of housing shortages.
