About
Community Housing Partners (CHP) is a 501(c)(3) Community Development Corporation founded in 1975 that builds and manages affordable, sustainable housing for low-income and low-wealth families. The organization leads in green construction, energy-conservation contracting, and resident training, while also offering real estate development, property and asset management, and homeownership services. CHP’s comprehensive approach—from site acquisition to post-occupancy support—creates healthy, vibrant communities that meet both economic and environmental goals. As a chartered member of NEIGHBORWORKS AMERICA, CHP collaborates with partners to amplify impact and share best practices across the sector.
