About
Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA) was founded in 1996 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with the vision to bring care and compassion directly to the workplace. From the beginning, our mission has been to empower workforce stability and foster healthier individuals, stronger teams, and more resilient workplace cultures. We recognize the immense value each person brings to their organization and are committed to respecting and serving individuals across all faith backgrounds, including those with no faith at all. In the modern workforce, life’s unexpected crises—whether personal or family-related—do not pause for the 9-5 workday. Employees experiencing distress often find it challenging to perform at their best, impacting them, their teams, and the broader company culture. Understanding this need, CCA has effectively partnered with hundreds of businesses nationwide, placing highly trained corporate chaplains within organizations. These chaplains are dedicated to offering relational care, supporting employees through challenging times, and strengthening company culture.
