About
What began as a specialized executive search firm focused on the Accounting and Finance sector has evolved into a comprehensive talent acquisition partner for the Asia-Pacific region. Founded in 2017 in Singapore, Cultivar Asia started with a singular vision: to bridge the gap between high-performing individuals and organizations striving for excellence. The company's name, 'Cultivar', reflects its core philosophy of nurturing potential and fostering growth, much like cultivating a plant to its full bloom. As the demands of the market shifted, so did Cultivar Asia's scope. Moving beyond its initial niche, the firm expanded its expertise to cover a wide array of industries, including IT & Technology, Engineering, Logistics, and Corporate Support. This strategic diversification allowed them to serve a broader clientele, ranging from agile startups to established multinational corporations. Recognizing that talent acquisition is just one piece of the puzzle, they further broadened their services to include HR outsourcing, payroll management, and work pass consultancy, effectively becoming a holistic HR solutions partner. Today, Cultivar Asia stands as an award-winning agency, recognized for its balanced approach that marries the human touch with advanced recruitment technology. Their journey from a boutique finance recruiter to a multi-disciplinary regional firm is a testament to their adaptability and unwavering commitment to 'cultivating' success for every client and candidate they serve.
