About
The Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) is a nonprofit membership organization dedicated to fostering a healthy, vibrant downtown core. Leveraging a diverse base of corporate, nonprofit, and residential members, DSA drives economic competitiveness, enhances transportation accessibility, and cultivates a safe, clean, and welcoming urban environment for workers, residents, and visitors. Through its Metropolitan Improvement District, DSA manages a 300‑block business improvement zone, employing over 150 ambassadors who deliver cleaning, safety, concierge, and outreach services. In partnership with local agencies, DSA also operates Commute Seattle, a transportation management entity that provides comprehensive commuting resources for downtown businesses and employees. These initiatives position DSA as a key catalyst for downtown Seattle’s economic vitality and quality of life.
