Dvorak is a veteran-owned heavy electrical and civil construction company headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, with additional offices in Atlantic, Virginia and Stevensville, Maryland. Since our founding in 2003, we've grown from two shared desks into a premier heavy electrical construction contractor serving projects across Maryland, D.C., Virginia, Delaware, New York, and Pennsylvania — from military installations and airports to research labs, health centers, and roadway infrastructure.

Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional heavy electrical construction services through a highly skilled team, a strong family-oriented culture, and an unwavering commitment to safety and quality.

Everything we do is guided by five core values:

Safety First — Protecting our team, customers, and communities is the foundation of how we operate.
Do What Is Right — Integrity shows up in our words, actions, and follow-through.
One Team, One Goal — We lead with connection, communicate openly, and move forward as one team.
Professional Excellence — We stay curious, solve problems, and elevate our craft every day.
Own the Challenge — We tackle hard problems head-on with grit and a solutions-first mindset.

Whether you're starting as a Field Apprentice or a Project Assistant, Dvorak offers real career paths — from Electrician to Foreman to Superintendent, or from Project Coordinator to Project Executive. We invest in our people through competitive benefits, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) match, and a referral program that rewards you for helping us grow.

If you're looking for steady work, a team that feels like family, and a company that's genuinely invested in your future, we'd love to hear from you.

Note: Dvorak performs government and safety-sensitive work. Employees may be subject to random drug testing as a condition of employment.
