The initial vision, driven by co-founder Mike Bailey, was to build a food-focused management company with a strong local footprint. This vision was set in motion with the acquisition of three regional foodservice businesses: Aladdin, AmeriServe, and FitzVogt. From these foundational pillars, the company embarked on a path of rapid expansion, fueled by a commitment to providing exceptional food and service tailored to the communities it serves. Over the years, the company, which would become Elior North America, meticulously executed its growth strategy, welcoming 19 different companies into its family. Today, as a key subsidiary of the global Elior Group, Elior North America stands as one of the largest foodservice companies in the United States.
