Project Manager
Senior civil construction Project Manager in Dubai/RAK who owns assigned projects end to end — client relationships, P&L, budgets, planning, QA/QC, HSE and subcontractor management for industrial builds such as warehouses and logistics hubs. Requires 15–20 years' experience, a civil engineering degree, and tools like Primavera P6, AutoCAD and BIM.
QA/QC Engineer
Leads QA/QC for civil construction works on UAE projects (warehouse experience preferred): runs site inspections and testing, owns quality documentation (ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, handover dossiers), drives ISO 9001 audits and close-out, and manages the QAQC team. Tools include MS Excel/Word, AutoCAD, Aconex/Procore, and Power BI.
