Founding Information Security Lead

A hybrid brand/web designer role in Barcelona owning Flodesk's composable design-block system and the web design system for flodesk.com. Day to day: designing responsive layouts, tokens and documentation in Figma, partnering with engineers, and structuring systems so AI generation stays on brand. No production code required.
Sr. Product Manager, AI
Senior Product Manager who owns Flodesk's member-facing AI behavior: writing, versioning, and documenting prompts and agent instructions, defining quality criteria, and running the AI evaluation and improvement loop. Hands-on work with LLM outputs, traces, eval tools, and JSON/structured outputs across email marketing features like creation, editing, segmentation, and scheduling.
