Oversees a 70-bed adult residential substance use and mental health treatment program in SE Portland: provides clinical supervision to CADC/QMHP counselors, ensures regulatory compliance, leads staff training, and coordinates daily residential operations. Onsite, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm with some evenings, weekends, and rotating after-hours coverage.
