About
Hargrove Engineers + Constructors, founded in 1995 in Mobile, Alabama, is a full-service EPC (engineering, procurement, construction management), controls & automation, life sciences, and technical services firm. The company has established itself as a key player in supporting various industries, including energy generation, manufacturing, government, research and development, and other process-heavy sectors. Hargrove's operational model is built on fostering long-term support relationships with its clients, offering services in multiple modes such as on-site support arrangements, plant-level small projects and consulting roles, and larger capital projects. The firm emphasizes building strong relationships with both clients and its 'Teammates' (employees), a philosophy that has been central to its culture, vision, and success for over two decades. This approach has enabled Hargrove to execute over 20,000 projects at 1,400 different sites. Headquartered in Mobile, Alabama, Hargrove has expanded its presence significantly, now operating sixteen regional offices across the United States and one international office in Monterrey, Mexico. This strategic placement of offices allows the company to provide localized support and respond effectively to client needs. The company's growth has been consistent, marked by the opening of at least one new location annually since 2016. Hargrove's capabilities span a wide range of services, including project management, multi-discipline engineering, procurement, construction management, system integration, startup support, and operations. The firm is also recognized for its specialized divisions, Hargrove Life Sciences, Hargrove Controls + Automation, and Tormod, which focuses on operations readiness. The company's commitment to safety and quality is a core tenet, aiming to protect and promote the well-being of everyone involved in or affected by their work. Hargrove has received numerous accolades, including consistent rankings in Engineering News-Record's (ENR) Top 500 Design Firms and recognition as one of the fastest-growing engineering firms by Inc. 5000 for thirteen consecutive years.
