Firmware Design Engineer
Hidden Level is hiring an onsite Firmware Design Engineer in Syracuse, NY to architect, simulate, and test FPGA digital logic (VHDL/Verilog on AMD Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoCs) for its RF sensing systems, spanning data acquisition, signal processing, hardware control, and high-speed interfaces like Ethernet and PCIe.
Embedded Software Engineer
Develops embedded software for Hidden Level's sensor products, adding target detection/tracking, health monitoring with autonomous fault recovery, and cloud/network connectivity. Day to day involves collaborating with systems, digital, and RF engineers, plus design reviews and CI/CM work, using Python, C++, and embedded Linux.
