About

At Innovam, we are revolutionizing the mobility sector through groundbreaking educational technology and a relentless commitment to craftsmanship. As the leading knowledge and training institute in the Netherlands, we are driving the industry forward by bridging the gap between traditional mechanics and the high-tech future of mobility. Our mission is to empower professionals—from technicians to managers—with the skills they need to thrive in an era of rapid technological advancement, including electrification, hydrogen propulsion, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). Through our innovative 'blended learning' approach, we are redefining how knowledge is transferred. We leverage cutting-edge technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and the Microsoft HoloLens to create immersive, interactive training experiences that transcend the limitations of the physical classroom. By simulating complex technical scenarios in a safe, virtual environment, we ensure that learners can master intricate systems—like high-voltage electric vehicle components—before they ever touch a real car. This fusion of digital innovation and practical application allows us to deliver scalable, on-demand training solutions that meet the evolving needs of the global mobility market. Our dedication to innovation extends beyond technology to our organizational culture. We operate in self-organizing teams where every voice matters, fostering an environment of transparency, responsibility, and continuous improvement. We believe that the future of mobility depends on the continuous development of its people. By providing a platform where education meets industry innovation, Innovam is not just training the workforce of today; we are shaping the mobility experts of tomorrow, ensuring a sustainable and technologically advanced future for the entire sector.
