At Integrative Emergency Services (IES), we believe healthcare works best when physicians lead. Founded in 2011 by Dr. Nick Zenarosa, our organization was built on a simple but powerful premise: that the physician-patient relationship should be at the center of every healthcare decision, free from the competing interests that often complicate modern medicine. We are proud to be a physician-founded, physician-owned, and physician-led group that operates without outside investors or private equity influence. This independence allows our clinicians to focus on what matters most - delivering exceptional care to patients and partnering meaningfully with the hospitals we serve. Today, IES supports over 1,800 clinicians who provide more than 2.2 million patient visits annually across emergency medicine, hospital medicine, anesthesia, critical care, surgery, and urgent care services.
