Site Reliability Engineer
Site Reliability Engineer at Latent, an enterprise pharmacy/clinical AI platform: owns the entire production environment — Kubernetes and Helm infrastructure, Terraform IaC, and CI/CD pipelines for TypeScript and Python/ML services — while improving developer experience and ensuring 99.9%+ reliability. Onsite in San Francisco five days a week.
Machine Learning Engineer
Develop and own end-to-end production ML systems and LLMs for clinical reasoning and medical question answering. You will work with PyTorch to build verifiable reinforcement learning models and fine-tune foundation models to improve patient care workflows and pharmacy intelligence.
