Over the years, leap.club has evolved into a vibrant community of over 25,000 paid members, each contributing to a collective journey of professional and personal development. In 2023, we undertook a significant tech makeover, introducing features like 'Circles' for micro-communities, improved onboarding processes, universal search capabilities, enhanced profile pages, and streamlined event booking. These advancements are aimed at creating a seamless and enriching experience for our members. Our commitment extends beyond the digital realm; we recognized the profound impact of in-person interactions and launched our first physical clubhouse in Mumbai, providing a dedicated space for women to work, network, and engage in curated events. This initiative was a direct response to the expressed need for safe, inspiring physical spaces where women can connect and collaborate. We facilitate a wide array of activities, from online workshops and masterclasses on topics like personal branding and finance to offline events such as speed networking, panel discussions, and wellness-focused sessions.
