Performance Marketing Analyst
Owns end-to-end marketing measurement and reporting for Martell Group: builds daily/weekly performance reports for paid ads, email, organic, and CRM funnels, and fixes attribution/tracking hygiene in HubSpot. Core tools include HubSpot, Excel/Google Sheets, BI dashboards (Looker/Tableau/Power BI), with SQL as a plus, working in-office in Kelowna.
Automation & AI Developer
Own the automation backbone (Stripe → HubSpot → Mighty Networks) and build production AI features using Anthropic/OpenAI APIs for Martell Media, working in-studio in Kelowna with Python, TypeScript, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
