Are this job is real?

Recruiters are attacking me from all sides with links to these job openings, and I see on the website that they’re paying $1,500 for a referral if the person I refer gets hired. But has anyone actually heard of someone getting hired through this? It all looks like a way to collect data for training AI, especially considering that the interview itself is conducted by AI.
