Mitr Phol Careers

About

Mitr Phol Group began its journey in 1946 as a small household industry producing concentrated molasses in Ratchaburi Province, Thailand. What started as a modest family-run operation has grown into Thailand's largest sugar producer and the world's fourth-largest sugar producer. The company was founded by the Vongkusolkit family and has spent over half a century operating alongside Thai society, building an integrated agribusiness model that spans the entire sugarcane value chain. Today, Mitr Phol operates six core business segments: Sugarcane Development, Sugar Business, Energy Business, Wood Substitute Material, International Business, and Other Business. The company has expanded beyond Thailand with operations in China, Laos, Australia, and Indonesia, demonstrating its global reach. Their vision is to become a world-class leader in the sugar and bio-based industries by combining integrated agribusiness with innovative technology and management talent. This commitment to innovation is evidenced by their two Innovation & Research Centers dedicated to creating sustainable growth for the Thai sugarcane industry and advancing towards net-zero emissions by 2050.
