In 2016, after seeing a significant gap in the market for suitable and appropriate hospice care, Eli Jaffa founded Moments Hospice alongside his childhood friend Shlomo Miller. The two had been close friends for years and shared a vision of transforming the hospice experience for patients and families during life's most difficult moments. What started as a mission to fill a void in end-of-life care has grown into a Medicare-certified hospice agency serving communities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and beyond. Today, Moments Hospice operates with a commitment to honoring patients' and families' wishes during the end-of-life process.
