MyndBridge is a nonprofit organization transforming how education, workforce readiness, and community opportunity connect. Founded in 2014 as MusicBreeds and rebranded to MyndBridge, the organization serves youth and adults in Nassau and Queens, New York, through comprehensive workforce development and enrichment programs. The organization operates from its headquarters in Hempstead, NY, and its Center for Workforce Development & Innovation in Hollis, NY. MyndBridge delivers certification training, after-school programs, and career-readiness initiatives that partner with schools, districts, employers, and government agencies to prepare students for sustainable careers. The organization provides holistic development through three core pillars: artistic and musical proficiency, business training including resume writing and marketing, and interpersonal development covering communication and teamwork. Programs include music education, digital arts, workforce certification pathways, and specialized support for autistic learners. MyndBridge's MB Method integrates creative education with practical life skills, connecting academic learning to real-world career opportunities while bridging potential to purpose and ambition to access.
