Project manager to lead end-to-end design, construction, technology integration and go-live of Grupo Newsan's distribution center in Carlos Spegazzini (P&G and appliance operations), based in the Saavedra office, Buenos Aires. Day-to-day: logistics process/layout design, high-density storage and automation, WMS and industrial Wi-Fi rollout, plus ~$75-85M budget and schedule control.
