Senior RF Design Engineer
Senior RF/microwave design engineer (15+ years) acting as subject-matter expert at NuWaves: leads RF engineering teams, does circuit and system-level design, bid/proposal and technical writing, and mentors junior engineers on primarily DoD projects. Expert use of design tools like Genesys, AWR, and SPICE is expected.
Quality Control Inspector (AOI Programmer)
Inspects high-reliability SMT and through-hole PCBAs against IPC-A-610 Class 3 and J-STD-001 standards while programming and operating a Koh Young 3D AOI system, tuning thresholds and component libraries to minimize false calls, and performing FAI, NCR, and audit documentation in an AS9100/ISO 9001 aerospace and defense environment.
