Technical Support Specialist acting as the single point of contact for high-severity customer incidents, coordinating cross-functional resolution and stakeholder updates in English and Japanese. Remote role based in Malaysia at Centific (AI data foundry), working shift schedules including weekends within a 7 AM–11 PM coverage window.
