Design and train a biological reasoning foundation model from scratch, scaling pretraining across multi-GPU clusters to learn unified representations of molecular biology and predict biological function.

Design and build generative AI models for drug discovery, training architectures on distributed GPU clusters to produce novel, biologically valid molecules.

Research and build tools to make an AI model’s biological reasoning transparent, probing how it encodes molecular interactions and extracting usable insights for drug discovery in a stealth biotech startup.
