Data QA Analyst
Owns data-migration quality for every client onboarding onto Practifi, a Salesforce-based CRM for wealth management firms. Day to day: validating migrated data object by object (counts, duplicates, orphaned records), logging and retesting issues in JIRA/Asana, and producing QA sign-off reports before go-live.
Technical Consultant
A Technical Consultant who builds client solutions on Practifi's Salesforce-based wealth management platform: scopes requirements with clients and a Business Analyst, configures objects, flows, and security, runs training sessions and demos, and serves as the escalation point for support and MSP issues.
