About
We're a team of recruiters based in Pune who've been connecting companies with the right people since 2010. We focus on mid and senior-level roles across manufacturing, IT, and accounting - sectors we know well because we've worked in them. Our approach is pretty straightforward: we take the time to understand not just what skills you need, but what kind of person will actually thrive in your organization. We don't believe in the spray-and-pray method of recruiting. Instead, we dig deep to find candidates who are genuinely qualified and interested, which saves everyone time and frustration. What drives us is creating matches that stick. When we place someone, we follow up to make sure they're settling in and performing well. Our clients come back to us because we're honest about what's possible and we don't waste their time with candidates who aren't a genuine fit. We're proud of the reputation we've built in Pune and across India - not as the biggest agency, but as one that actually cares about getting it right for both companies and candidates.
