About
Recro is an AI‑native transformation partner that helps mid‑market and fast‑growing digital enterprises convert complex business objectives into predictable, measurable outcomes. Backed by a team of over 450 engineers with deep expertise in retail, financial services, and technology, Recro designs and implements fully integrated, AI‑driven platforms that replace fragmented digital initiatives. The company delivers its services through outcome‑first “FDE Pods”—dedicated groups of thinking engineers who take end‑to‑end ownership of projects—combining consulting, talent acquisition, and platform engineering. This approach ensures scalability, consistency, and sustained growth, enabling clients such as Flipkart, Swiggy, and PayU to embed operational knowledge, enhance decision‑making, and accelerate business impact.
