We are Redaptive, an Energy-as-a-Service provider that funds and installs energy-saving and energy-generating equipment. Our programs help many of the world's most sophisticated organizations reduce energy waste, save money, lower their carbon emissions, and meet their sustainability goals across their entire real estate portfolios. We understand the challenges businesses face in achieving large-scale energy efficiency and strategic technology objectives. That's why we developed a unique, data-driven shared savings model, backed by significant project lending capacity, to deploy best-in-class energy efficiency technologies across large commercial real estate portfolios. With us, our customers can overcome capital and contractual barriers to achieve energy-saving benefits quickly, all with real-time data powered by our proprietary Data-as-a-Service metering platform, Redaptive ONE. We're passionate about making a tangible difference, and to date, we've helped our customers save over $400 million in energy costs and 2.3 million metric tons of CO2 emissions. Our mission began in 2015 when our co-founders, Arvin Vohra and John Rhow, identified a critical gap in the energy efficiency industry. We noticed that businesses struggled not only to secure capital for energy upgrades but also to demonstrate the return on those investments. We built Redaptive to solve this by providing the upfront capital for energy-efficient projects while using advanced technology to track and prove their impact. We offer a comprehensive solution that manages every aspect of long-term energy efficiency programs, from diagnostics and project development to funding, procurement, project management, and monitoring. These programs, typically spanning 5 to 15 years, are delivered at no upfront cost to our customers through a shared savings model, where we share in the savings achieved from reduced energy consumption.
