About
We're Reformation, a revolutionary lifestyle brand that proves fashion and sustainability can coexist. Since our founding in 2009, we've been on a mission to bring sustainable fashion to everyone. We combine stylish, vintage-inspired designs with eco-friendly practices, releasing limited-edition collections for individuals who want to look beautiful and live sustainably. We believe that being naked is the #1 most sustainable option, and we aim to be #2. Our design mission is to make effortless silhouettes that celebrate the feminine figure, and we're committed to pioneering sustainable clothes by reusing deadstock fabrics and repurposing vintage clothing. At the heart of our operations is a deep commitment to sustainability in every aspect of our business. We run the first sustainable factory in Los Angeles, utilize deadstock and eco-friendly fabrics, and meticulously track and share the environmental impact of every product we create. We're passionate about investing in the people who make this revolution possible, ensuring fair labor practices and a positive work environment. Three-quarters of our management team is comprised of women and people from underrepresented populations. We're not just focused on our environmental footprint; we're dedicated to our team's well-being, offering benefits like health coverage, generous paid time off, and volunteer opportunities. We're constantly innovating, not only in our sustainable practices but also in retail, developing in-store tech concepts that merge the best of online and physical shopping experiences. Our goal is to continue pushing the fashion industry towards a more sustainable future, aiming to be Climate Positive by 2025 and for everything we make to be part of a circular fashion system by 2030.
