The founding partners, Sarah Dardeno and David Lewis, spent a collective 10+ years working in the accounting and finance field before starting their respective recruiting careers. Throughout their 25 years in staffing, Dardeno and Lewis have used their hands-on industry knowledge to provide consistent, high-quality accounting and finance staffing solutions to top employers throughout Greater Boston and New England.
