Our agents make and answer calls for lead generation, appointment setting, follow-ups, collections, customer intake, and basic support. Instead of replacing the phone systems a center already uses, we connect on top of them. Because the AI handles many calls at once, a call center can reach far more people than a human team, lower its cost per lead, and stop wasting agent time on calls that go nowhere. Our customers are usually non-technical operators running centers with 25 or more agents, with the strongest traction in insurance, home services, solar, and lending.
