Expression-of-interest role for a hands-on Head of Product Design at Subconscious, an early-stage company building a market simulator for business decisions (causal experiments on simulated markets). The hire would own design strategy, research, and the design system while personally prototyping, in person in NYC or SF; equity-only compensation while the company fundraises.
