Our fully integrated, no-code platform is a key differentiator, empowering organizations to automate everything from password resets to employee on/offboarding. We typically start by working with a company's IT department—specifically the IT Service Management team and the IT PMO—and then expand to other departments like HR, marketing, and facilities that can also benefit from our service and project management capabilities. In 2020, we launched our Enterprise Data Integration and Automation platform, iPaaS, which has seen rapid adoption for its ability to provide advanced workflow and integration with hundreds of enterprise systems. More recently, in 2024, we introduced Conversational AI to further enhance self-service and user empowerment.
