Senior Software Engineer, AI
Builds and owns AI agents that run Tono's specialty-care clinic end to end — drafting clinical notes, triaging intake, and coordinating care — plus shared agent infrastructure and evaluation harnesses. Works in a TypeScript monorepo (Next.js, tRPC, Prisma, Postgres, Inngest) with LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Vertex.
Data Engineer
Own the data foundation at Tono, a venture-backed healthcare startup building an autonomous specialty-care (dermatology) clinic: build ingestion pipelines (dlt, Prefect) from Postgres, Stripe, and Posthog into BigQuery/DuckDB, model datasets in dbt, handle PHI, and feed analytics and AI features. Hybrid in Brooklyn; fully remote possible.
